Even at the end of spring, it's still incredibly fun and relaxing. My family managed to work it in with our flower duties, and so we got to spend a nice afternoon at Rosario Beach. I brought my notebook with me to record observations, so that when I went back at some other point in the year, I could compare my finds.
Jasper and I waded into the water. Jasper just wanted to get wet, but I hadn't brought any extra clothes so instead I decided to collect interesting rocks and different types of kelp.

More towards evening, we all went to visit the tide pools.
Then we hiked up to the cliff and watched the sun set.
I think that this day at the beach was one of the best, but I cannot help to anticipate our next visit. :)

Wow! Those rocks are really pretty. And, that sunset looks gorgeous!
